Agreement to Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Webrigo Business Solutions LLP (“Rizzl,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”).

Rizzl operates a two-sided marketplace platform that connects creators with brands for user-generated content (“UGC”) collaborations through the Rizzl Creator Rewards Program. This program enables creators to engage with brands, generate content, and earn cash rewards, reimbursements, or other benefits as determined by Rizzl.

The Rizzl services may be accessed via our website (www.rizzl.in), tools, mobile or web applications, APIs, and all associated software, content, and documentation (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, or by clicking “accept” when presented with these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at www.rizzl.in/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

Eligibility

The Platform is available to individuals 13 years or older.

• If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental/guardian consent. Parents/guardians permitting minors to use the Platform accept responsibility for the child’s use of the Platform.

• Businesses, brands, and legal entities may access the Platform through authorized representatives with full contracting authority.

By accessing and using the Platform, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account (“Account”). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information,

• Keep information updated,

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials,

• Notify Rizzl immediately of unauthorized use.

Your account is personal to you, and you may not share access. Rizzl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from Rizzl, including SMS, email, or direct messages on social platforms, as part of your normal use of the Platform. Opting out may impair or disable parts of the service.

Services Overview

Rizzl provides a marketplace where:

• Creators can participate in campaigns with brands by creating and submitting content, and in return may receive cash rewards, reimbursements, or other benefits.

• Brands can access, approve, and license creator content for marketing use, subject to campaign terms.

All rewards and payments are determined solely at Rizzl’s discretion and may vary per creator, campaign, or content submission.

Social Media Integration

Upon registration, creators may integrate their social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). By doing so, you authorize Rizzl to access and use information such as:

• Profile details, follower counts, engagement metrics,

• Content created or submitted for campaigns,

• Publicly available information from your social media accounts.

This data may be shared with participating brands to facilitate campaign participation and approvals.

Rizzl Creator Rewards Program

The Rizzl Creator Rewards Program enables creators to:

• Apply for and participate in brand campaigns,

• Receive rewards, reimbursements, or payments upon successful content approval,

• Abide by campaign-specific rules as communicated by Rizzl or the brand.

All reward decisions are final and binding at Rizzl’s discretion.

Brand Participation

Brands registering on the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate campaign briefs and budgets,

• Compensate creators as per the agreed reward/reimbursement mechanism,

• Respect creator intellectual property rights as set out in campaign terms.

User Responsibilities

Users (Creators & Brands) agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws and third-party rights,

• Use the Platform only for its intended purposes,

• Provide accurate information,

• Not misuse, abuse, or exploit the Platform,

• Fulfill tax, regulatory, or legal obligations arising from rewards or payments.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others,

• Share harmful, defamatory, illegal, or infringing content,

• Attempt unauthorized access, introduce viruses, or disrupt Platform operations,

• Exploit minors or share inappropriate content,

• Engage in fraudulent activity or manipulate Platform systems.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and all associated content are owned by Rizzl or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify Platform content without permission.

Creators retain ownership of their submitted content but grant Rizzl and the participating brand a license to use, display, and distribute campaign submissions for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rizzl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

Our liability is limited strictly to direct damages proven to result from our breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
